Q Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q What is your terms of delivery?
A EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q What is your terms of payment?
A T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q What is your terms of packing?
A Generally, we pack our products in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the products in your branded boxes with your authorization letter.

Q How many days does it take for a customized product sample?
A Usually 10 days to finish new tooling and 5 days to finish new sample.

Q Can you provide free samples to test quality?
A Yes, we supply free samples, but shipment cost and mold fee (if any) will be by the customer.

Q What is your MOQ?
A Usually 100 pcs. For order that less than 100 pcs, please discuss with us.

Q Can you provide CAD drawings?
A Yes, CAD drawings are available upon customers' requirements.

Q Can you produce according to the samples?
A Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
